This is a Vishay hall effect Throttle Position Sensor with a full 360 rotation in either a CW or CCW direction.
 
Included is our little inhouse designed adapter to fit it to Jenvey's DCOE style ITBs as well as other after market throttle bodies using a similar design mount and an 8mm "D" style shaft end.
